Item will not ship until payment has been received in full. All delivery will be made to buyer's address provided. The customer is responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and duties. We have 3 shipping options: Singapore airmail, Speepost and EMS. Please contact us if you want us to ship via Fedex.
Shipping insurance can be purchased. Please contact us before placing your order if you need shipping insurance. If your item is lost, we will ship a replacement to you. Please contact customer service within 2 business days after receipt of the merchandise so we can file a claim. Please read our refund and returns policy for more information.

All payments are through PAYPAL or bank transfer. Major credit cards are accepted as well. Total payment have to be completed in full before delivery. Total payment = Price of item + shipping fee. Buyers will be responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes and custom clearance fees.
5) Return Policy
All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please go to our return / refund page for more information.
6) Limited Warranty
To help protect your investment, Eason Enterprises offers 1 year limited warranty. This Limited Warranty does not apply to:
- wear or breakage of bridges or strings, or other normal wear and tear of the instrument or its parts;- asserted defects caused by modification, misuse, or abuse, or improper maintenance of the instrument;- asserted defects involving subjective personal likes or judgements;- asserted defects caused by accident or exposure to extremes of temperature or humidity that cause harm to the instruments;- defects asserted by any purchaser who did not purchase the instrument from Eason Enterprises Claims for replacement / repairs shall be made by sending the instrument to:
Eason Music shall review the description of the asserted defect, examine the instrument, and arrange for replacements as appropriate under this Limited Warranty. In the event it is determined that the asserted defect is not covered by or is excluded from this Limited Warranty, the instrument shall be returned without repairs or replacement to the purchaser.
